Used, but in good condition with little damage, meaning there are a couple of tiny dents you can't really see unless you are looking for them. It looks fantastic from the driveway when you pull up and park. Works great, the rollers are reasonably quiet. Comes will all hardware, rails, rollers, spring about 1 year old, and door lock with key. Only selling because we replaced with a windstorm door.
