Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated QA Technician to join our quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance with industry regulations.
Schedule: 1:00pm - 9:30pm
Duties
Conduct thorough inspections of products using various tools and techniques, including vision inspection systems and micrometers.
Perform quality audits to ensure compliance with established quality standards and procedures.
Utilize coordinate measuring machines to assess product dimensions and tolerances.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Maintain accurate documentation of inspection results, non-conformances, and corrective actions taken.
Participate in the development and improvement of quality control processes and systems.
Fabricate test samples as needed for validation purposes.
Stay updated on industry standards and best practices related to QA/QC.
Monitor HACCP and PRPs to ensure procedures are properly carried out.
Good Manufacturing Practices and Food Safety Plan critical control point monitoring .
Skills
Proficiency in using vision inspection systems for product evaluation.
Knowledge of ISO 13485 standards and their application in a manufacturing environment.
Experience with QA/QC methodologies and practices.
Familiarity with quality systems management and documentation.
Ability to operate coordinate measuring machines effectively.
Experience conducting quality audits to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
Proficient use of micrometers and other precision measurement tools.
Strong analytical skills to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
Understanding of FDA regulations related to product quality assurance.
