A Plus Cabinets, Inc. is hiring an experienced Cabinetmaker / Carpenter to join our team in Indio.
We specialize in high-quality custom residential and commercial cabinetry and architectural millwork. We are looking for an experienced craftsman who takes pride in producing precise, high-quality work and is comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.
This is a full-time, in-person position.
What we are looking for:
- 3+ years of professional cabinetmaking experience
- Must have hands-on experience operating a sliding table saw
- Strong knowledge of cabinet construction and woodworking techniques
- Ability to read and interpret shop drawings, plans, and specifications
- Experience working with sheet goods, lumber, laminates, moldings, and related materials
- Experience operating woodworking machinery, including table saws, panel saws, wide-belt sanders, planers, jointers, and related equipment
- Proficiency with hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship
- Ability to complete high-quality work while meeting project deadlines
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work well with a team
- Commitment to maintaining strict safety standards
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Valid California driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Must pass a required pre-employment drug screening
- Forklift certification is a plus
Compensation:
$25–$28 per hour, depending on experience
