Minimum of 5 years of cabinet installation experience is required.

Job Purpose
The Cabinet Installer is responsible for installing cabinetry and related components accurately, efficiently, and according to installation drawings and project specifications. Our goal is to provide every customer with excellent workmanship and professional service from start to finish.
Responsibilities
Install cabinets, panels, trim, moldings, hardware, and related components according to installation drawings and specifications
Complete installations accurately, efficiently, and on schedule
Read and interpret cabinet drawings, plans, and measurements
Load, unload, and carefully transport cabinetry and components into customers’ homes and job sites
Protect cabinets, surrounding finishes, flooring, and other areas of the customer’s property while working
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe installation area
Use power tools, pneumatic tools, and hand tools safely and properly
Identify and troubleshoot installation challenges in the field
Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, project managers, and other members of the installation team
Occasionally assemble cabinetry or components as needed
Perform other installation- or shop-related duties when necessary
Represent A Plus Cabinets professionally at all times while on customer property and job sites
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
Minimum of 5 years of cabinet installation experience
Strong knowledge of cabinet installation techniques and finish carpentry
Ability to read and understand cabinet installation drawings
Experience using power tools, pneumatic tools, and hand tools
Strong measuring, leveling, fitting, and problem-solving skills
Ability to make appropriate field adjustments when necessary
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently and stay productive without constant supervision
Attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work
Professional and respectful behavior on customer and contractor job sites
Basic computer and/or smartphone skills
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to safely lift and carry cabinetry and installation materials
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Professional, neat appearance and appropriate work attire
Sturdy work footwear
Must pass a pre-employment drug screening
