We’re currently seeking experienced Apartment Maintenance Technicians/Porters to join our team in the Indio and surrounding Coachella Valley for temporary and temp-to-hire opportunities, offering a flexible schedule and weekly pay.
Position Overview:
As a Maintenance Technician you will be responsible for keeping Apartment Communities in excellent condition. You’ll perform a variety of hands-on maintenance tasks, including:
- Make Readies / Apartment Turns
- Plumbing: sink/shower/toilet repair, replacing fixtures, unclogging drains (snaking when applicable)
- Electrical: replacing fixtures and switches/outlets
- Carpentry: patching holes, replacing doors/locks, hanging cabinetry, light touch-up painting
- Appliances: help with installation of washers/dryers, stoves (when applicable), installing garbage disposals, small repairs
Technician should be courteous to residents and provide realistic expectations for completed service requests/work orders
Requirements:
- At least 6 months Maintenance Experience in Residential, Apartments, Hotels or Private Homes
- General knowledge of ALL aspects of maintenance repair, drywall repair plumbing, electrical, and all appliance care
- Must have personal hand tools and drill - bring to site daily; do not leave at property
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be willing to travel up to 20-25 miles a day
- Ability to communicate well and work in a team/solo environment
- High attention to detail
- Clear communication and ability to follow directions
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn

- Pay Range: $20–$24/hour (Depending on Experience and Community)
