Limitless Premier Group LLC is expanding our national subcontractor network and looking for experienced, reliable contractors and crews to complete residential turns and renovation projects.
We work with national property management and real estate clients across multiple markets and are looking for subcontractors who want to build a long-term relationship with our company.

• Drywall Repair & Replacement
• Flooring Installation & Replacement
• Carpentry & Trim Work
• Cabinet Installation & Refinishing
• Countertops
• Doors & Hardware
• Plumbing Repairs & Replacements
• Electrical Repairs & Fixtures
• HVAC Work
• Roofing Repairs
• Bathroom Renovations
• Kitchen Renovations
• Punch Lists
• General Renovation & Rehab Work
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We need contractors who can take ownership of a project from start to finish, communicate consistently, meet deadlines, and provide quality workmanship.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Own tools and reliable transportation
• Ability to handle complete turns and/or renovation scopes
• Reliable crew and ability to meet deadlines
• Smartphone for before, during, and after photos
• General liability insurance
• Workers’ compensation coverage or exemption, where applicable
• W-9
• Proper licensing for any trade requiring a license
• Strong communication and professionalism
PAYMENT TERMS: NET 30
All subcontractor payments are Net 30 based on completed and approved work with all required documentation submitted.
Pricing is agreed upon before work begins. Please make sure you are comfortable with Net 30 payment terms before responding to this ad.
