I’m looking for someone to take over my lease for a spacious and comfortable 1st-floor room in a detached house.
However, you are welcome to move in for free anytime during September — rent will only start from October 1.
🏠 About the House
Gender does not matter.
I specifically looked for a place with good separation between living spaces because my roommate is male and I am female.
The rooms are well separated by two doors, and you will have your own private heating and private bathroom. The kitchen is shared.
The roommate is also Korean and a UBC student.
The current roommate prefers a Korean-Canadian, Korean, Chinese or Japanese roommate, 🇰🇷🇯🇵🇨🇳so please keep this in mind when contacting me.

I’m looking for someone who is responsible and will take good care of the place, as I need to find a tenant fairly urgently and already paid deposit.
The rent is normally $1,200 per month, but it will be $1,400 for May and June because I won’t be able to cover my usual $200 contribution during those two months.
