I’m mainly looking to help homeowners who have a roof problem that doesn’t necessarily need a whole roofing company involved.
Things like:
• Roof leaks
• Missing or damaged shingles
• Small flat-roof repairs
• Flashing problems
• Pipe boot / vent repairs
• Storm damage
• Small emergency patches
• Roof inspections / figuring out where a leak is coming from
I’ll come out, actually look at the problem, explain what I see, and give you a straightforward price before doing anything.
Small repairs are my specialty.
I’m not looking to pressure anybody into buying a new roof. If something can reasonably be repaired, I’ll tell you. If I think you’re better off calling a full roofing company, I’ll tell you that too.
