Shane C Construction is looking for an experienced remodeling contractor / owner-operator in the Indianapolis area.
We are an established construction company with a strong customer base and a steady flow of residential projects. We have the work. We need another experienced construction professional to help us estimate, organize, and complete it.
We are looking for someone who is hands-on and actually knows how to build, not simply a salesperson or project manager.
The ideal candidate has 15+ years of residential construction/remodeling experience and is comfortable looking at a project, determining labor and material requirements, helping develop pricing, and taking responsibility for getting the job completed correctly.
Experience in areas such as:
• Room additions and garages
• Interior and exterior remodeling
• Carpentry and framing
• Siding and exterior repairs
• Decks, patio covers and overhangs
• Doors, windows and trim
• General residential construction and repairs
We are especially interested in an owner-operator or experienced lead carpenter/remodeler who has their own tools, transportation, and the ability to work independently.
You must be dependable, communicate well, take pride in your workmanship, and be able to work professionally in customers’ homes.
General Liability and Workers’ Compensation insurance required for subcontractors.
This can become a long-term relationship with consistent work for the right person.
