• Experience in asphalt, construction, or heavy equipment is a plus — but not required for laborer roles
• Strong communication and teamwork
• Ability to work outdoors and handle physical tasks
• Leadership experience for foreman/superintendent roles
• CDL is a bonus but not mandatory for all positions
