We are seeking a reliable, skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will keep our facilities, equipment, and physical infrastructure safe, clean, and in proper working order.
• Routine Maintenance: Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on building systems, equipment, and machinery.
• Repairs: Fix minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC issues (such as leaky faucets, faulty wiring, or broken door hardware).
• Inspections: Inspect buildings, grounds, and safety equipment regularly to spot and fix hazards early.
• Work Orders: Log completed repairs, track parts inventory, and update management using digital work order systems or mobile apps.
• Emergency Response: Respond quickly to urgent maintenance issues or facility breakdowns.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all OSHA guidelines, building codes, and company safety policies.
