We need a Handyman for general maintenance and repairs for work AS NEEDED.
WE PAY $50/HOUR
Must live in or around Independence.
We purchase all major appliances for jobs and contractor must have a truck.
Must also be experienced in repair work for TENANT MOVE-OUTS.
EXPERIENCE NEEDED
General Maintenance
Cleaning AC Condensers
Cleaning Dishwasher Sump & Drain pump
Replacing Water Heaters
Basic plumbing for Sinks, Toilets and Drains
Stoves – changing out Burner Receptacle (Block) and Terminal Block / Plug-in Prongs
Electrical – change outlets, GFCI outlets, other Minor Work
Patching Drywall & Texturing
Repairing Hollow Core Doors (Not a requirement but beneficial)
Install Siding (Not a requirement but beneficial)
