I'm looking for a sublet studio or a one bedroom apartment to sublet for a minimum of 6 months, preferably closer to a year. I'm a middle aged bookkeeping professional and artist. No apartment shares please.
If you have a clean, well maintained, furnished or semi furnished apartment in a good neighborhood walking distance to the subway and bus transport, please let me know. This is from early November to minimum May 1st, but preferably longer.
