I am skilled in many areas of construction & remodel. I am a older guy but have no limitations. I'm especially efficient in drywall & stucco patch, texture & paint. I work well unsupervised, I don't chit chat, smoke cigarettes or talk on my phone unless it's real important when I'm at work. I have most tools for the job. I am dependable, punctual and trustworthy. I don't claim to know everything and take advise well. I would like to be paid under table but it's not a deal breaker. If I don't seem to be doing a good job , I have no ill feelings if decided to let me go. My number is show contact info
