- $800 for Deposit - Fully refundable assuming room in good condition minus cleaning fee
- Allow cleaners to access room once a month or as needed
- Have no more than 1 regular sized car and 1 bicycle
- Be an American citizen or have a valid legal status
- Be clean and drug and alcohol-free
- Be responsible and punctual in payment
- Students welcome
- Respectful of other tenants and quiet
- Have two references
- Have valid proof of employment
- Valid ID including driver's license and/or passport/visa and proof of insurance and registration
- Proof of income in two months of bank statements or otherwise
- Submit to background check if necessary
