Farm/ranch property in Longmont seeking a part-time groundskeeper, 8–10 hrs/week. Set on a beautiful farm/ranch property in rural Longmont, the grounds offer a tranquil natural setting with open pasture, mature trees, and the quiet charm of country living just minutes from town. Flexible schedule (weekday, weekend, or mix) — good fit for someone with a full-time weekday job.

Must have knowledge of:
*Irrigation systems - Rainbird rotor irrigation systems & controllers, system winterization and repair
*Netafim drip irrigation
*Plant/tree care — fertilization, weeding, basic pruning
*Turf maintenance — mowing, fertilization, weed control

Requirements:
*Prior landscaping/groundskeeping experience
*Able to work independently, outdoors, in varying weather
*Able to lift up to 50 lbs
*Farm/ranch experience a plus
*References will be requested upon interview completion

Pay based on experience and equipment/tool needs. $20-$27 per hour.
