I have a bunch of spalted holly at my wood yard. I have a very few number of slabs already milled, this particular one I also planed clean today to show off how beautiful the wood is.
Holly is a very hard wood, a little softer after the spalting process.
This slab is dry, with nothing on it. It turns more golden with oil.
I’m selling this wood by weight. If it’s a cut slab it’s 5$ a pound, if it’s raw chunks of the wood it’s 2$ a pound. If you buy a lot I’ll discount the total.
I am happy to cut raw pieces to order for a live customer .
This particular slab is about 7 pounds.
