Fully loaded EX-L trim with heated seats and sunroof. Some mechanical and cosmetic issues that I'll be gradually fixing until it sells
The good:
-Recent services include new brake pads and rotors all around; full timing system refresh including belt, tensioner, idler, and water pump; new serpentine belt and tensioner; new headlight and fog light bulbs; all new fluids and fresh oil change
-good tires
-relatively low mileage for a Honda its age at about 180k
The bad:
Current issues include a check engine light for a fuel pressure regulator issue, a bad upstream O2 sensor on Bank 1, both front interior door handles are currently disconnected because I was working on it but all other interior handles work and all exterior handles work, issue with the security disarm in the driver door that makes the lights flash for a few seconds when you open a door, clutch pressure control solenoid on its way out
I currently have the parts to take care of most of the issues and will be doing so slowly until it sells
