-Previous experience working in food service industry.
-Knowledge of wine varietals and wine service is a plus but not required.
-Must be at least 18 years old to serve alcohol in Massachusetts.
-Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays.
-Ability to work as a team member and carry out wine and food service policies and procedures.
-Restaurant POS experience preferred.
Necessary Knowledge, Ability and Skill:
-Ability to consistently deliver a high quality standard of service with an emphasis on continued improvement.
-General understanding of food and beverage operations.
-Good organizational skills and knowledge of customer service standards.
