We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician/Installer to join our team. The scope of work will be performed in residential/light commercial settings. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for servicing and replacing systems as part of their daily duties, ensuring that all installations meet quality standards and safety regulations. Responsibilities:
Install, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems in residential, and light commercial settings.
Perform routine maintenance and inspections on existing HVAC units.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely.
Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards at all times.
Ordering equipment and parts.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as an HVAC technician or installer with a strong understanding of HVAC systems.
Must have enough knowledge to work independently.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills for working with clients and team members.
Physical ability to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and perform manual tasks safely.
Must be mechanically inclined and familiar with using hand tools and power tools
