Each sickle has its own unique shape as these were made by local blacksmiths rather than mass produced in a factory.
Each sickle has been restored to pristine condition with a lacquered blade and varnished handle. These sickles were typically used on farms for harvesting a variety of crops and to cut tall grass and other crop plants as fodder for small animals such as rabbits. These hand implements would make great decorative items if displayed on a wall of a barn or other agriculturally oriented venue. For safety these sickles have not been specially sharpened but could easily be made functional again. Local pick up only, cash only. If ad is up it's available
