*Things to know:
Looking for an INDEPENDENT & MATURE cadidate(s). Well-mannered and considerate-of-others. The right candidate(s) can share 1 bathroom with 3 other roommates. Also, the right candidate will be able to share and cooperate with others in the use of shared areas like living room, dining room, bathroom, roomie's kitchenette, laundry area, etc., etc. You will have to provide your own food and beverages, toiletries, and personal self care items like soap, toothpaste, paper products, plastic products, etc.
*Important:
Candidate(s) must be able to minimally communicate with other roomies about household subjects. Also, clean up after yourself, keep your own room clean / tidy because housekeeping is NOT included in the rent payment.
*REQUIRED from you:
No alcohol
No smoking of any kind
No street drugs
No pets
No EV car charging here(charging station nearby)
Must love dogs and cats, but no more animals. max allowed capacity reached (my dogs have their own separate quarters)
**Requirements for safety purposes:
2 forms of picture ID

Application, references, agreement, background check, soft credit check, etc
First month rent $990 with $350 deposit up-front, so total move-in $1,340
I can do prorating if move-in any day other than the 1st

***FYI: This is for month-to-month, yet a temporary room rental. Roomies here stay up to 2 and 1/2 years, no less than 1 year. This is a privately owned home. Homeowner, has rooms for rent only.
