Overgrown fields / farm to train beagle pups (anywhere)

I have a few beagle pups that I'd like to train to chase bunnies. I'm looking to see if anyone has any land I can train them on periodically (once every few weeks) that has overgrown fields or thickets in Fauquier, Culpeper, Rappahannock, Frederick, or Warren counties?
