Install I beam supports (3 of them). Ibeam supports will be bolted to the slab,
install I beam on top of the Ibeam supports
(The ibean will have a 2x4 bolted to the top and bottom of it to allow for ease of attachment) to the rest of the framing
Install Trusses, 12 OC
install sub floor , 1-1/8
Frame exterior wall (2x4)
Cut 5 decree crimples for the windows
Install Roof Trusses
Sheet Roof,
ice and water for the edges and flashing points,
Shingle Roof
sheath wall Zip or alike
install rain screen
install stairs and frame out dividing wall from garage.
Sheath stairs wall with fire code sheetrock
Windows,
16 for sure. 11 - standard, 5 short
1 sliding glass door
Sill pans for the windows, liquid flash or something similar
