Position: Pipe/Sitework Foreman
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: 3+ years preferred
Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate pipe/sitework crews in the field
Install and oversee storm, sanitary, and water pipe
Read and interpret plans, blueprints, and grades
Operate and work around excavators, skid steers, loaders, and other equipment
Maintain production schedules and ensure work is completed safely and correctly
Coordinate with project managers, inspectors, subcontractors, and other crews
Ensure proper elevations, grades, compaction, and installation procedures
Maintain a safe and organized jobsite
Track materials, manpower, and daily production
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Pipe Foreman, Sitework Foreman, or Underground Utility Foreman
Strong knowledge of underground utility installation and sitework
Ability to read plans and use grade/elevation information
Leadership and crew-management skills
Valid driver's license
Ability to work outdoors and perform physical job duties as needed
