Working Supervisor/Handyman
• Looking for an experienced handyman/team supervisor with the following knowledge of:
Basic carpentry, trim work, paint, sheetrock/tape/float, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing experience a plus
• Able to email with Outlook proficiently, to provide updates/pictures of progress on jobsites.
• Able to write daily job list for workers who work with you.
• Able to communicate good with office personnel and other team members
• Warehouse organization and clean up
• Organizing tools/tools are provided
• Loading and unloading trucks
• Moving Materials
• Ability be able to lift 50 lbs.+
• Ability to able to climb ladders
• Ability to stoop, kneel, bend, and stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to work in outdoor weather all year round
• Must have strong attention to detail
• Must be responsible and reliable
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to complete other duties as assigned that require physical labor.
• Maintain safety practices at all times
• Must speak English
• Must have a clean criminal record
Must be able to work Monday thru Friday, 7/8 am to 4/5 pm (40 hrs per week) - on average
Must be willing to work weekends occasionally as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $1,000/week
