Once again, two future bodybuilders had a dream. 💪😂
My two sons wanted to grow up strong, build some serious muscles, and someday look like the guys on the fitness magazines.
Being a supportive dad, I did what any good father would do — I bought them a Weider Adjustable Weight Bench & Rack, complete with a 50-lb weight set and lift bar, and wished them good luck.
For about one week, everything looked promising.
The bench was getting plenty of attention.
The weights were being lifted.
The dreams were alive.
Then, somehow, the workout sessions became shorter and shorter… until one day, the bench was no longer being used for exercise at all.
And that was the beginning of its retirement. 😂
Since then, this poor bench has been sitting in the garage, quietly waiting for someone who will actually give it a job.
So, if you're looking for a simple home workout setup to help build strength and muscle, maybe this is the one you've been looking for.
Please bring it home and use it for what it was made for.
And please… don't bring it home just to use it as a table, a chair, or another piece of garage decoration. 😄
After everything this poor bench has been through, it deserves a second chance.
