JOB SUMMARY:
Primary responsibility is to service tire inflation equipment and vacuums at convenience stores, tire shops, gas stations, and car washes in the Texas region. The position requires significant driving, and a clean driving record is required. A fully stocked company van and fuel card for business use will be provided for you. Some overnight trips may be required.
One week of on-the-job training will be provided for you in Rhode Island.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Ability to operate a variety of hand tools to repair and maintain the equipment
• Ability to analyze problems.
• Ability to interpret and apply a common-sense understanding to a variety of instructions and information furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures manuals.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision, using independent judgment and demonstrating initiative to act without being asked, as well as working collaboratively with team members.
• Ability to interact professionally across all departments within the company, as well as with customers, vendors, and the public.
• Ability to lift heavy objects.
• High school diploma/equivalent. Mechanical & electrical experience is a plus.
• Clean driving record.
• Possess a valid Driver's License
• Must be 21 years of age or older for insurance purposes.
