Are you looking for an opportunity to earn more than the typical $8–$12 per hour? Our busy and growing tax office is looking for **motivated, customer-focused Tax Preparers** to join our team for the upcoming tax season!
### 💼 NO EXPERIENCE? NO PROBLEM!
We provide training! Take our **FREE Tax Preparation Course** and learn the fundamentals of preparing tax returns.
✔ Prior tax preparation experience is helpful but **not required**
✔ Training provided
✔ No CE courses required
✔ No tax preparer exam required
✔ Customer service experience is a plus
✔ Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced office
✔ Must be professional, dependable, and team-oriented
✔ **Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply!**
### 💰 EARNING POTENTIAL
This is a **1099 independent contractor position** with earning potential based on a **fee-split compensation structure**.
Our busiest preparers earned approximately **$15,000–$30,000 during the last tax season**, with some earning around **$5,000 per month** during peak season.
Your income can grow with your productivity, customer service, and ability to serve clients.
