Looking for a refrigerated truck driver to transport and deliver food products. A up to date CDL Class A license is required and at preferably 2 years worth of experience hauling a reefer trailer.
Must be: honest, energetic, self-motivated, and driven to succeed. You can expect to do many different Routes including but not limited to in town pick-ups and deliveries, intrastate overnight deliveries to San Antonio and Dallas. Initial hours would range between 28-40, but can increase as our company expands.
This position will also cover out of state routes as a backup. We are constantly growing and have to adapt to new customers, and we expect you to be able to adapt as well. We need a team player with a great attitude who wants to grow as we grow. Refrigerated truck experience is a plus but not required.
Requirements:
• Class A License
• Team player
• Ability to lift 32 pounds repeatedly throughout the day
• Ability to lift 50 pounds occasionally
• Strong attention to detail
• Organizational skills
• Basic smartphone knowledge and ability to scan and email documents.
• Ability to operate an electric pallet jack & forklift
• Ability to work in cold environment, typically 35-45 degrees
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Solid work history
Background checks and drug testing is required.
Preferably no automotive accidents within the last 3 years.
No felonies in last 5 years. Misdemeanors are case by case basis.
