Currently seeking a **reliable, hardworking, and motivated Groundskeeper** to join our property management team!
We are looking for someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean, welcoming, and well-kept apartment community.
**Job Responsibilities:**
- Maintain cleanliness of the property grounds and common areas.
- Pick up trash and debris throughout the community.
- Clean breezeways, stairwells, parking lots, and amenity areas.
- Maintain pool areas, dumpster enclosures, and other common spaces.
- Assist the maintenance team with daily property upkeep.
- Report any maintenance or safety concerns to management.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous apartment groundskeeping or porter experience preferred.
- Dependable, punctual, and hardworking.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
