FIELD MANAGER – $4,000/MONTH – FULL TIME

RentSigns is looking for a dependable, hands-on Field Manager to handle our advertising signs throughout Houston and nearby suburbs.
Monday–Friday | 8 Hours/Day | $4,000/Month
Duties:
Drive between assigned sign locations throughout the Houston area
Install, remove, relocate, and inspect portable signs
Replace printed advertisements and sign faces
Handle basic maintenance, including minor repairs, painting, cleaning, tightening hardware, and keeping units in good condition
Maintain the area around each location by mowing/cutting grass, trimming weeds, removing trash, and clearing debris when needed
Pick up completed printed signs and advertising materials from our production team and deliver them to assigned locations
Receive incoming deliveries, materials, supplies, or equipment when requested
Transport tools, sign materials, and supplies using your truck
Pick up customer checks when assigned
Take before/after photos and report completed work, damage, or other issues
Occasionally meet customers and show available locations
Requirements:
Valid Texas Driver License – REQUIRED
Own reliable truck – REQUIRED
Comfortable driving throughout Houston and surrounding suburbs
Able to perform outdoor physical work and use basic tools
Dependable, punctual, organized, and able to work independently
English and Spanish speaker is required
Experience in maintenance, landscaping, installation, construction, handyman, delivery, or similar field work is preferred.
