Compensation & Schedule:
Pay: $17/hour starting (reviewed after 2 weeks based on performance and skill level)
Hours: Full-time project work; on-time attendance required daily
Requirements:
Experience: 2–3+ years in property maintenance/make-ready (plumbing, painting, drywall, tile, basic roofing, etc.)
Transportation: Own reliable truck/vehicle and valid Driver's License
Background: Clean background and driving record (both will be verified)
Work Ethic: Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently or alongside a lead
