We are recruiting Houston-area renters to take part in a paid focus group about housing and homeownership. This is a one-time, in-person discussion, not a job or ongoing commitment. Your honest opinions and reactions are what we're looking for.
We're looking for people who currently rent in the Houston area, earn a household income that falls roughly between $63,000 and $113,000 a year, and are thinking about buying a home sometime in the next one to two years. We want a group that reflects a wide range of ages, household types, and backgrounds, so we encourage anyone who fits the renting and income criteria to apply.
Sessions will be held on Wednesday, September 30th, with a choice of a 5:30 PM or 7:00 PM start, and will run for about 90 minutes at our Houston office, 14515 Briarhills Parkway, Houston, TX 77077. Light refreshments will be provided, and every participant who completes the full session receives a $100 cash incentive.
