📌 Full‑Time Collector Position – Now Hiring

We are seeking full‑time Collectors to join our growing team. Experience in collections is a strong plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate who is motivated, reliable, and eager to grow.

💼 Position: Full‑Time Collector
📍 Location: Houston, TX
⏰ Schedule: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday–Friday

💰 Compensation:

Up to $20/hr for candidates with extensive third‑party collection experience

$13–$15/hr base pay for candidates without experience (training provided)

Performance‑based bonuses once monthly goals are met, increasing overall monthly income

Pay‑increase opportunities based on proven productivity

✔️ Requirements:

Must pass a background check

Strong team player

Self‑driven and a go‑getter

Excellent communication skills

Professional phone etiquette

Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment

Prior collection experience preferred but not required
