Dining table is in excellent condition very sturdy and solid.. I barely used it and it was well maintained with a thick vynil to prevent any damages on the table. My home is smoke free, pet free and no rodants or roaches or anything of that nature. Yes I will include the vynil and the wet resistant table cloth and square place Matt's as shown on the photos for free..very very clean and great quality.. ILL BE MOVING SOON BUT IF ANYTHING I WILL STILL KEEP IT.. SO IM IN NO RUSH TO SELL OR TO SELL IT FOR LESS.. $160.00 FIRST COME FIRST SERVED!!
