Indus Instruments is urgently hiring a Full-Time Electronics Assembler! We design and manufacture custom electronic instruments for the biomedical and energy sectors. If you have strong soldering skills and fine motor skills, we want you on our team. This opening is immediate, and hiring decisions will be made quickly.
Schedule & Breaks:
• Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
• Flexibility: Flexible hours are available to help accommodate family schedules and personal commitments.
• Breaks: Includes a 30-minute lunch break and two paid breaks during the shift.

Compensation & Benefits:
• Pay Rate: $20.00/hour.
• Health Reimbursement: QSEHRA health reimbursement up to $6,450/year ($537.50/month).
• Retirement: Simple IRA with a 100% company match up to 3%.

Key Responsibilities:
• Solder through-hole and surface-mount components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs).
• Perform light mechanical and sensor assembly from technical drawings and procedures.
• Inspect and assemble miniature parts using a microscope.
Requirements & Onboarding:
• 2+ years of experience in electronic or sensor assembly.
• Candidates will complete an in-person hands-on soldering and assembly skills demonstration.
• Final hire requires 2 professional references, a background check, and E-Verify clearance.
• Position subject to a standard 90-day probationary period.
