A couple in their 70's looking for 2 or more bedroom house / apartment for rent. We have been together for 2 1/2years. We need wooden floors and a quiet neighborhood, minimal stairs. Long time Hawaii residents. The man is on VA Section 8 housing voucher with a $1700 rental limit. Both have steady reliable income over $2300 per month each. Quiet, non smokers, no pets, no drug use, minimal alcohol use. The landlord would have to rent each bedroom separate with two separate contracts. The man has been on Section 8 for 8 years in the same house. Excellent references. The present landlord has sold the house and the man needs to move out by 12/4/2026.
