Retired man seeking affordable private housing for myself and my small dog. Small old home or trailor any size, any livable condition (with or without repair) will do. I am quiet, sober and self-reliant. Can do repairs, home improvement, maintenance. Within an hour or so of Rumford preferred. Fixed income limits what I can pay but I need to move into a quiet space so my dog (and I) can relax. Apartment life does not agree with us.
