My husband and I are looking to rent a house or mobile home a fixer upper that needs a lot of work done on it for very low rent between ,400to 500 a month we need a place with a yard will take very good care of it do any work that needs to be done on it husband has exp in many things also he is a groundskeeper and were both exp cleaners let us know if anything is available we also have a young cat he is very well kept thanks we could possibly go as high as ,600 a month thanks or a downstairs apartment that has a yard can around 600 a month or less thanks
