Currently trying to get out of a bad living situation. Currently in a place with black mold growing and covering large portions on the walls. And a landlord that keeps breaking into our home and terrifying myself and child. I have tried with no avail to fix this situation.
We are looking for a rental within the north Snohomish county or south skagit county. Preferably in Stanwood or Camano Island but not set on these places. We are quiet and pay all rent and bills on time. We rarely have guests and tend to keep to ourselves. We would prefer 2 bedrooms and a place that is pet friendly. I am able to pay $2000 a month for rent but would prefer less if possible. I am more than willing to help fix up any rental if needed.
