I'm looking for a comfortable, quiet place to call home beginning February 1, 2027, preferably in the Conway or Carolina Forest area.
Ideally, I'd love to find a furnished room with a private entrance and my own separate living space, or perhaps a guesthouse or similar private accommodation.
I'm a mature female who is extremely neat, tidy, quiet, responsible, and respectful person. I don't smoke or use drugs, drink socially only on occasion, don't host parties, and rarely have overnight guests. I take great pride in keeping my surroundings clean and treating any home as though it were my own.
I do NOT own pets currently, and I won't be a pet owner while renting.
I'm hoping to find a 6-month or month-to-month rental arrangement, preferably with the possibility of staying longer if it's a great fit for everyone!
I'm seeking something reasonably priced, and I'm happy to discuss rental details privately.
