Hello, my name is Adam. I'm 44, Boise native, Navy Veteran, currently working at Micron. I am looking for a long-term or short-term houseshare rental in Boise to share expenses. I would prefer a monthly rental agreement but I am open to a lease. Looking for around $600-$700 a month with utilities included and either no deposit or a reasonable deposit. A master bedroom or a full-sized basement or an attached studio would be ideal.

I am very respectful and easy to get along with. I enjoy peace and quite and work overnight. No criminal record or any felonies. I don't smoke. I do drink in moderation. I am single with no kids or pets, it would just be myself.

I have just enough furniture for an unfurnished room, would prefer my own bathroom. I have two vehicles, a car and a mid-sized SUV. Although street parking would be fine, garage parking for one of them would be a plus. Thank you for your time.
