I'm 21 years old female, and I'm currently looking for a room, guest house, mother-in-law suite, or other housing arrangement in the Spokane area.
I'm in a bit of a transitional period and moved over from another town. At the moment, I only have a part time job and actively searching for full time. I have a solid work history and am confident I can find full time employment quickly. In the meantime, I would be happy to exchange housekeeping services for part of my rent during the first month while I get established. I can pay upward of $300/$400 a month right now.
With my experience in hotel housekeeping, retirement community housekeeping, farm work, animal care, and general household maintenance, I can provide reliable help and keep a home clean, organized, and well cared for. I'm not looking for a handout just an opportunity to get back on my feet. I'm willing to work hard, contribute to the household, and earn my place while I secure local full time employment.
I have over four years of housekeeping experience, including work in hotels and retirement communities. I grew up on a farm and have experience caring for animals, maintaining living spaces, deep cleaning, organizing, laundry, and general household upkeep. I'm a hard worker, dependable, respectful, and drama-free. I take pride in keeping a clean and comfortable home environment.
I do have 4 small, well-behaved dogs. I’m going to try to get a foster for the youngest. They are house-trained, friendly, and spend most of their time relaxing. I would strongly prefer a place where I could keep at least my three oldest dogs with me.
I'm open to temporary or longer-term arrangements and would be happy to answer questions, provide references, or meet in person to see if we'd be a good fit.
