QR Code Link to This Post
I am seeking a place (approx. $1000/mth) near Parde Island or White Cap areas to also help protect and guard your place. We love the beaches and exercise on a daily basis.
I have a service/theraphy and peaceful German Shephard which is extremely friendly, alert, well behaved and house broken.
I am clean, quite, respectful, mature male(58), polite person, dont smoke and only occasional drink or two, and willing to help around and protect your place. A back or front yard enclosure would be nice for dog and will certainly pick up IF dog relieves himself as I have official dog bags.
I receive an official and consistent monthly check for life and can setup direct deposit for rent as needed. And I will also accept rent to buy places as I have never purchase home as I will be a first time buyer.
Please let me know.
Thank you very much!
