I will coordinate the visit with the Walgreens store manager in advance, so the manager will be aware that you are coming and taking photos.
The assignment will include:
Exterior building photos from multiple angles
Interior photos of the store
Parking lot and property/site photos
Building and monument signage
Entrances and access points
A smartphone with a good camera is all that is needed. No professional photography equipment is required.
The actual photo-taking should take approximately 15–20 minutes maximum. I will provide a straightforward photo checklist and instructions beforehand.
Previous experience completing property inspections or taking interior/exterior photos for real estate appraisers is preferred, but not required.
Pay: $10 upfront and $65 upon completion and delivery of all requested photos.
