Kitchen Staff and Chefs Wanted
Transform ingredients nurtured by nature into memorable dishes for guests from around the world.
At La Terra Resort / La Terra NARAI, we serve creative cuisine that showcases fresh vegetables grown on our own farm and seasonal ingredients from Shinshu.
For dinner, we serve seasonal course meals, and for breakfast, we offer open-faced sandwiches made with seasonal organic vegetables. We are looking for someone who will join us in creating dishes that leave a lasting impression on our guests, while cherishing the inherent flavors of the ingredients. In addition to cooking, you will value communication with our service staff and contribute to developing new menus by applying your ideas and creativity.

300,000 〜
Hourly wage of 1,300 yen during the 3-month probationary period
─Application Requirements
* Standard driver’s license (Class 1) (Automatic transmission vehicles accepted)
* Bilingual in Japanese (N4 or higher) and English
* Candidates seeking long-term employment
* Cooking experience (experience with Italian or French)
