I’m sourcing hotel opportunities for a buyer actively evaluating acquisitions near major airports.
ATLANTA IS THE PRIORITY.
Additional target markets: Dallas–Fort Worth, Chicago, Miami, New York City, Los Angeles and Denver.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
• 200–300 rooms preferred; other room counts considered.
• Outside the airport perimeter, typically 5–30 minutes by ground transportation.
• Atlanta opportunities with proximity to Delta headquarters.
• Nearby dining, shopping and amenities.
• Strong underlying property value and a compelling financial and operational case.
Indicative acquisition range: $15M–$100M.
Each opportunity is reviewed individually; pricing fit depends on the property and supporting financials.
