PRICE DEPENDS ON CIRCUMSTANCE and how much of the home you rent. Entire house has rented for 5,000/mo in the past. We'll give you a winter deal of $1500/mo or less if you take on some Caretaker Duties, and if you move out by the end of February. Our garage will not be available, but there is plenty of parking.
CARETAKER DUTIES. Not sure yet how much help we'll need this winter. Perhaps we'll just be glad that you are taking good care of our home. We might give you a golf cart so you can cruise the property and pick up after wild horses which are in small numbers in the winter. If we are lacking a Camp Host for the RV park, we may want you to help with that. Greeting occasional guests, weed eating, burn piles, chopping wood, landscape projects all possible in the winter. If so, you could just pay for utilities. So, the rent price will vary according to the circumstances... and we need our house back in March with clean carpets (we have a carpet cleaner).
CAMP HOSTS: We are often looking for hard-working, professional ranch hand types, skilled, dependable couples to help around our 22 acres. If you own an RV or nice camper, we can talk about Camp Host opportunities coming in 2027 or possibly before. It's not hard to find individuals, but we want couples at the front of the park so one can greet guests and do other light duties while the other has maintenance skills to help keep the place running smoothly. Your riverfront space is worth over $1,000/mo and we pay utilities. No pay to be expected without separate agreement, for extra work.
