Hoping for a miracle (Bellingham Area)

I'll be honest and say that I do have a recent eviction on my record that was found to be a wrongful eviction and was only granted through default because I was unable to make it to court and ended up in the hospital.
About me: I'm a female, 41, and normally keep to myself but am social. I'm not looking for anything fancy or whatnot but am hoping for a private landlord that is willing to give me the opportunity to prove what a good tenant I can be.
Any potential landlord would have to be willing to accept section 8 housing assistance and I'm also prepared to put down extra security deposit, get renters insurance and have a co-signer if needed.
